Job descriptionServicing multiple facilities in the St. Louis area. Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans or patients. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy options The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will prescribe and administer psychiatric medications as necessary Monitor and adjust medication regimens to optimize effectiveness and minimize side effects Implement therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of psychiatric conditions The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Offers education and support to residents and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options Promote mental health awareness and wellness among residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all assessments and interventions Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Current and unrestricted PMHNP license in MO Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Active and unrestricted DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) (We will help obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will maintain clinical competency & collaboration with Psychiatrist (we will provide) Ability to travel within territory Active and unrestricted driver's license Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with employer match (4%) Generous paid time off and holiday schedule (11 Paid Holidays + 120 additional hours of PTO accrued Bi-weekly) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Malpractice Coverage HSA / FSA Life / Ad&D Licensure / CEU reimbursement

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both acute and chronic psychiatric care, delivering high quality mental health services to patients in various settings. This role involves rounding in one hospital, conducting Emergency Department (ED) and Inpatient (IP) consults, and collaborating with members of the collaborative care team.
Location : St. Louis, MO
Compensation : up to $140,000 annually (based on experience)
Hours : P / T - F / T
