Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Schedule :

We are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible hours.

Our typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to all patients.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat a variety of dental needs, including periodontal therapy and laser treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.

Requirements :

Active Indiana RDH license.

BLS certification.

Laser certification and local anesthesia certification are a plus but not required.

Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.

Open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates—mentorship is available.

Pay & Compensation :

$45–$60 per hour, depending on experience.
