Location : Mountain View, CA (Remote)

Pay Range : $55 - $60 Per Hour W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled User Researcher, tasked with orchestrating comprehensive research plans and delivering actionable insights that guide our product development. The ideal candidate will expertly choose and apply a variety of research methods to understand user needs, synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights, and communicate these to all relevant stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to incorporate both technical and business requirements into research strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and share detailed research plans with stakeholders.

Select the most fitting research method for each project, ranging from semi-structured interviews to high-fidelity prototype testing.

Extract and articulate concise user insights, developing action plans based on these insights.

Conduct, measure, and analyze user research in partnership with internal teams, and communicate findings effectively through both oral and written reports.

Source external research participants, including drafting recruitment and outreach materials.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in various research methodologies.

Strong analytical ability and communication skills.

Experienced in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Industry Experience :

Experience in UX / UI research within technology sectors or related fields is highly preferred, emphasizing the need for a candidate who can navigate complex product landscapes and contribute to strategic research initiatives.
