How do you excel in this position

The Senior Project Engineer oversees design, development, implementation, and analysis of projects from concept to completion. Has a broad knowledge of engineering design tasks and assists in the resolution of complex problems. As well as manages the preparation of plans, designs, calculations, equipment selections and engineering reports. A remote / work from home schedule is possible.
