Key Responsibilities :

Implement Tailored Interventions : Work directly with families, implementing individualized ABA intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your work will ensure truly personalized support that meets each family's unique needs.

Drive Progress Through Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint family needs and develop highly effective, data-driven treatment strategies using proven ABA methodologies.

Impactful Data Analysis : Collect and meticulously analyze data on family progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions. Your insights will directly refine treatment plans and consistently drive positive outcomes.

Champion Confidentiality & Compliance : Maintain accurate medical records and documentation with unwavering compliance to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate for Comprehensive Care : Be an integral part of our interdisciplinary teams, providing holistic care that addresses every facet of each family's unique journey.

Contribute to Treatment Planning : Participate actively in diagnostic evaluations and contribute valuable insights to treatment planning discussions, sharing observations and data that inform the best path forward.

Empower Families : Educate and empower families on effective ABA strategies and interventions, enabling them to confidently reinforce skills and progress at home.

Who We're Looking For : Qualifications :

ABA Experience Preferred : Prior experience in behavioral therapy, especially in applied behavior analysis, is a significant advantage. Minimum 1-2 years preferred.

Foundational ABA Knowledge : A solid understanding of ABA principles, medical terminology, meticulous documentation practices, and empathetic family assessment techniques is essential.

Experience with Children / Behavioral Challenges : Experience working with children or individuals facing behavioral health challenges is highly desirable and will set you apart.

Commitment to HIPAA : A strong grasp of HIPAA regulations and an unwavering commitment to maintaining family confidentiality are non-negotiable.

Exceptional Communication : Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for seamless collaboration with team members and impactful interactions with families.
