CMO / Medical Director Opportunity - Northeast

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Medical Director to oversee psychiatric services at a standalone Behavioral Health facility in the Northeast region. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Oversee inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services for child and adolescent as well as adult populations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and UHS policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and development of new programs and services.
