We're looking for someone who's comfortable having a beer with a client as they are walking them through a complex IT design-someone with the communication skills, integrity and technical curiosity to earn trust quickly and keep it.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Engineer to step into one of the most relationships driven roles in our company. You'll manage new construction and large-scale IT projects, working directly with referral partners such as dental supply reps, bankers and real estate brokers. You'll collaborate closely with our internal, technical and project teams to bring new practices to life-from design to opening day.

This is the role that bridges people and technology. The right candidate will thrive on connection, precision, and follow through. Our current Sales Director is moving his focus to more of a director role and we need to fill this gap. He's built a network and process that he's proud of and we're looking for someone he'll feel confident passing the baton to.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with key referral partners-the kind that turn into long-term friendships and steady project flow.
  • Meet regularly with partners and clients, attending events, site visits and community gatherings to stay in the mix of upcoming opportunities.
  • Gather and translate technical requirements for new dental office builds or renovations.
  • Work alongside our Managed Services and Account Management teams to ensure designs, quotes and proposals are accurate and aligned.
  • Present solutions confidently and clearly helping practice owners feel informed and cared for.
  • Represent DTP with professionalism and heart at every event, meeting and milestone.

  • Technically curious-you don't have to be an engineer, but you love learning how things work.
  • Organized and methodical-you don't drop details or promises.
  • Familiar with the dental or construction industries (bonus).
  • Experienced in sales, account management, or technical consulting (bonus).
  • Local to the greater Atlanta area and willing to travel regionally.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary : $80,000+

    (commensurate with experience)

    Profit Sharing : Annual companywide program-when we win, you win.
