We are looking for a collaborative and strategic sourcing leader to join our Refrigeration team as Director, Sourcing Refrigeration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product cost improvements, supporting the successful launch of large-scale new product introductions (NPIs), and leading sourcing strategies for over $700M in direct material spend across three GE Appliances manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact role focused on profitability, margin optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with technology, manufacturing, and product management teams.
