If you're a hands-on, deeply technical engineer ready to lead in a high-impact environment, this is your chance to build and ship the next generation of robotic products from the ground up.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of complex mechatronic systems with multi-axis actuation
• Drive product development from concept through production—own the details
• Design and spec motors, actuators, sensors, and integrated motion systems
• Lead design reviews, validate performance with FEA, and write test plans and documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile startup setting
