Estimator - Concrete, Wastewater

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator for our Concrete projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects related to concrete construction and wastewater treatment facilities. This role requires a keen understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and wastewater projects
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key quantities and requirements
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift to enhance estimating accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals
• Review and revise estimates based on project changes or new information
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Provide support during the bidding process and assist in the selection of subcontractors
