Adom Engineering is manufacturer of Aerospace & Commercial components. We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling orTurning Set-Up Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Milling or Turning Set-Ups, use of inspection equipment and have basic blue print reading skills. Experience with Fanuc controls preferred. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Adom Engineering hours are Monday thru Thursday.

Hourly wage depending on experience. $30.00 to $32.00.

• Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.
• Monitor the production process for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to maintain specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator.
• Skilled in setting up Lathes 6 - 8 years experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using machining tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with tooling processes and techniques relevant to CNC operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
