This is a hands-on Shipping Team Lead position for an experienced shipping professional who knows dock flow, documentation, material movement, and wants real ownership of the shipping floor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily shipping operations including picking, staging, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and loading
• Assign daily priorities and adjust manpower as shipping demand changes
• Verify product, quantities, labels, and shipping paperwork before release
• Own shipping accuracy and on-time performance, no shortcuts, no surprises
• Work alongside the team during peak periods and pivot moments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready shipping area
• Enforce safety standards, forklift rules, and material handling best practices
• Communicate proactively with Logistics and Inventory to keep flow moving
• Escalate issues early and help prevent repeat problems
• Identify opportunities to improve layout, flow, and consistency

This role is fully focused on shipping execution. It is not a desk role and not production planning.

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Strong understanding of dock operations and shipping flow
• Experience with BOLs, labeling, palletizing, and material movement
• Prior team lead or shift lead experience with small teams
• Forklift experience or ability to certify
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Calm, organized, and steady under pressure

This is not a train-from-scratch role. You should already understand how a shipping department runs.
