Shift Hours : 7 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $44.78–$71.42 / hr (final compensation determined by HR)

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for a dynamic in-hospital opportunity in the Greater Seattle Area? This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, allowing you to work directly with patients in a collaborative, clinical setting. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized therapy plans that help patients reach their optimal functional level.

What You’ll Do :

• Evaluate patients’ physical therapy needs through medical history, functional assessments, and environmental considerations.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and other disciplines.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy services including muscle re-education, strengthening exercises, gait training, and more.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical observations.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, independence, and quality of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and documentation.
