Overview

Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company with expertise across the payment continuum, delivering value, transparency, and efficiency to health plan clients. This fully remote role is with the Data Mining Group and focuses on extracting patterns and insights from large, complex datasets using advanced algorithms and data mining techniques.

What You'll Do

• Lead small data projects, creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and visualizations that drive actionable insights.
• Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights that support new business processes and refine existing ones.
• Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries to meet business objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed reports that combine narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance data mining and enrichment processes, developing tools and programs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align data insights with organizational goals.
• Mentor and train new data analysts, sharing knowledge and ensuring they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
• Design and refine data processes and procedures to optimize data operations and improve overall efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

Pay range

$91,000 - $140,000. This is an exempt position. Compensation will be determined based on factors including skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
