• What You'll Do
• Provide
• evidence-based, relationship-centered care
• to patients across the lifespan (18+ okay if you prefer)
• We typically offer 30 minute appointments, but this is flexible depending on your preference.
• Perform well visits, chronic disease management, PAPs, well-child checks, and basic in-office procedures
• Deliver
• urgent care and same-day visits
• within your panel
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and psychiatric providers
• Use
• Athena EHR
• and
• Freed AI
• for efficient documentation and accurate coding
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Optional : Mentor PAs, NPs, or residents, develop new programs for our patients (non-controlled med dispensing, diabetic eye exam oversight, at-home sleep studies), or anything else you're interested in!

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $260,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
