Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison for client stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Manage expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project & Delivery Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track project milestones, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor onsite and offshore team members.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Governance & Reporting
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide delivery dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Drive innovation and value-add initiatives for the client.
