Position Description :

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Training IPT Program / Project / Management Analyst , contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Patuxent River, Maryland , supporting the PMA-276 USMC Light / Attack Helicopter Program Office.

The selected candidate will provide program and project management support to the Training Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring training systems, devices, and curricula align with the H-1 aircraft platform. Responsibilities include applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, managing documentation and schedules, and delivering recommendations that ensure training systems are fully integrated with fleet operational requirements and combat readiness goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Minimum 10+ years of program / project / management analyst experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition or training programs.
• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program / project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
