We are dedicated to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care, ensuring every patient, family member, and visitor receives our full attention in our fast-paced environment.\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients, engage in patient and family education, advocate for patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.\n
- Assess patient conditions and nursing care needs\n
- Set goals and determine suitable nursing interventions for physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs\n
- Develop individualized nursing care plans\n
- Implement and revise care plans as necessary\n
- Evaluate patient care outcomes\n
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies\n
- Communicate effectively with patients and oversee care delivery\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\n
- Associates Degree in Nursing, required\n
- Kentucky RN state licensure or compact licensure, required\n
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred\n
