Job Title : NB 1560-Network Administrator

Under the direction of the Senior Network Administrator, this role is responsible for assisting in performing the day-to-day administration of the Bank's network infrastructure. Supports the execution of system and network-related solutions for the Bank's information technology assets. Monitors, tests and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. Recommends and schedules repairs. Provides end user support for all LAN based applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in network design and implementation.
- Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
- Install and configure computer network equipment.
- Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
- Provide network support to users.
- Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
- Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
- Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain network users / permissions.
- Test release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.

Fundamental knowledge of networking conceptsProven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skillsHands-on technical troubleshooting capabilitiesAbility to work independently under minimal supervisionKnowledge of computing infrastructuresFamiliarity with server management and monitoring toolsExceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilityProficiency with scripting languagesStrong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issuesEducation And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred2+ years experience in a network administration rolePrevious experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 preferredPrevious experience with Cisco switches and routers preferredMCSE certification a plusCISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification a plusPay Range : $70,000-85,000 (This range is for informational purposes only. Offer of employment will be made based on level of experience and skill qualifications within this range.)
