Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader driving multiple complex construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management, while also playing a strategic role in shaping the systems, tools, and processes that support the company's success.
In this high-impact role, you will work directly with executive leadership and decision-makers across all business units. You will influence company-wide performance, help refine operational systems, and ensure excellence in project delivery across every market we serve. This role offers broad authority, executive exposure, and the opportunity to shape how CD Hall builds, grows, and performs.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Project Planning & Execution : Lead all aspects of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to CD Hall's quality standards.
- Contract & Financial Management : Oversee subcontract negotiations, contracts, and compliance; maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure profitability.
- Cost & Schedule Control : Build and maintain project schedules; proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight : Negotiate and manage subcontracts and purchase orders; build strong relationships to support ongoing and future work.
- Change Order & Billing Management : Track and communicate change orders; prepare and submit monthly billings.
- Procurement & Business Support : Drive strategic procurement initiatives and value-engineering efforts to reduce project costs.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations : Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships with clients, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a construction Project Manager, preferably with heavy-civil or sitework projectsStrong leadership abilities with a talent for aligning both field and office teamsSuperior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projectsDemonstrated success in cost control, budgeting, subcontractor negotiation, and financial managementAbility to secure cost-saving opportunities through effective vendor management and value-add procurementClient-focused relationship-builder with a track record of maintaining strong partnershipsTech-forward mindset with experience using modern construction management software and digital toolsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferredBenefits
