NOTICE OF HOURS AVAILABLE : Monday through Friday after school (2pm-8pm) and weekends (available but not required). Bilingual (English / Spanish) not required but highly preferred.

Position Details
As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy in clients\' homes, schools, or community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home and community environments
- Follow an individualized treatment plan tailormade by a BCBA to address and improve deficits
- Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
- Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers

Must have current RBT certificationMust have experience as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior AnalysisMinimum educational requirement : High School Diploma (or equivalent)Must be at least 18 years oldEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethicAbility to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid)Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver\'s licenseAbility to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearancesBenefits & Schedule
