Salary Range :

• Master's Level : $58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
• Master's Licensed :  $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience

Location : Fort Collins, Colorado at our Bristlecone location

Role Overview :

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide on-going assessments, intervention techniques, conduct de-escalation, safety planning, and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental health and / or substance use disorders. Duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborating with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. Responsible for on-site direct client care, which includes both individual and (possible group therapy), behavioral health screening & assessments, brief therapeutic intervention, crisis intervention, care coordination, caseload management, attending to needs of staff and providers within the building, problem solving between treatment team members, and / or helping clients who are in need of assistance.

Required :

At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.

NOTE

Be aware that licensure must be pursed in this role and have a willingness to engage on the LAC track.
