PT needed for Home Health.

Monday through Friday position.

Travel to patients' homes will be required.

Service area covers up to 60 miles one way.

Candidates must provide their own vehicle.

Mileage reimbursement will be offered.

Most work will involve traveling to patients' homes for therapy.

There will be limited office time for documentation.

More than half of our patients are Spanish speaking, so bilingual is preferred.
