Electrical Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

TekPro Engineering is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead electrical construction efforts on high-profile data center projects . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, preferably within an electrical subcontractor setting.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects for data centers, from planning to final commissioning.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Conduct site visits and manage field coordination efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in developing project team capabilities.
