Receptionist and Administrative Assistant - Part Time (preferred schedule Monday, Wednesday, Fridays) but open to some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage front desk operations, including handling mail and deliveries
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Order office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects and events
