Job Title : : Senior Data Architect

Work Location : Chicago IL

Work Model : Hybrid, 3 days per week

Hours : 9 : 00am - 5pm CST

Project Overview :

We are looking for a data architecture to join the data delivery team and lead the design to join our data products into a consumer view to support multiple delivery channels. That role is currently a gap and It's imperative that we have the proper resources and skills to meet the objectives of this workstream. Our goal is to build this new capability in 2026 which is critical to move existing SRD consumers to the mesh.

Contractor's Role :

This person will be responsible for visualizing and designing our data management framework. This framework describes the processes used to plan, specify, enable, create, acquire, maintain, use, archive, retrieve, control, and purge data in the consumer view. He / She will also provide a standard common business vocabulary, expresses strategic requirements, outlines high-level integrated designs to meet those requirements, and aligns with enterprise strategy and related business architecture.

Experience Level : Senior Level

Qualifications (must haves) :

• A foundation in systems development (API and data-oriented systems)
• Data design
• Data and Application Architectures for cloud-based systems
• Data model design and pipelines for real-time Data Processing, streaming, networking, and security
• Established and emerging cloud technologies
• Communication and political savvy
• Problem solving / analytical thinking and skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
