Hollywood law firm is seeking full-time Paralegal for immediate hire. Prior experience with estate planning, real estate or business law is required to be considered. Excellent computer, typing and phone skills is a must. Must be dependable and able to work independently as well as be able to multi-task, be motivated and organized.
Duties include :
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Discovery management including mandatory disclosures, requests to produce and third-party subpoenas
- Oversee coordination of hearings, generating notices
- Maintaining electronic file, supervising discovery clerk
- E-Filing
- Generating letters
- Case / client management
Qualifications to apply :
At least 3 years of legal assistant / paralegal experience working in a law office environment preferredProficient in Microsoft Office : specifically Word and OutlookExperience with Attorney Client Management software preferred but not requiredExperience with e-filing, service of pleadings, scheduling and setting hearings requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detailFull time position. Salary is commensurate with experience. Long term position with benefits potential.
