Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to their Indianapolis team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead electrical design of project from start to finish
- Use technical expertise on complex projects to find non-standard design solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and goals / expectations are met
- Mentor / train junior staff and empower them to advance their career
- Work with Project Managers to prepare schedules, estimates, and proposals
- Ensure quality standards are met on all projects
Requirements :
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering Technology degree from an ABET-accredited program
- 12+ years of experience
- PE License preferred
- Experience in design oversight for electrical projects
- Proficient with NEC, NFPA, Building Codes, and Energy Codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary is commensurate with experience.
