The Driscoll Health System is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Nephrologist to join our well-established and growing program, with openings at both our Corpus Christi and Edinburg locations. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment dedicated to delivering the highest standard of pediatric nephrology care to the children of South Texas.

About the Pediatric Nephrology Program:

• Full range of clinical services including:
  • Living and deceased donor transplantation
  • Acute and chronic hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
  • Plasmapheresis and CRRT
• Home to the only freestanding pediatric hemodialysis unit in South Texas:
  • Corpus Christi: 5-station unit
  • Rio Grande Valley: 4-station unit
• Supported by a multidisciplinary team including:
  • Experienced dialysis nurses
  • Dedicated renal dietitian
  • Social workers
  • Child life specialists
• Active participant in:
  • NAPRTCS
  • SCOPE
  • Midwest Pediatric Nephrology Consortium
  • CKiD
  • IROC

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas
• Passion for clinical excellence, collaboration, and community-based care
