Senior Web Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Web Manager to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of its flagship website.

Key Responsibilities

Manage TU.org as the internal web lead and oversee outside agency relationships

Develop and implement a new content strategy and design for TU.org, focusing on user engagement

Establish web content governance standards and track key web metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of experience in content strategy and front-end web management

Proficiency with WordPress and experience leading web development agency relationships

Strong understanding of UX / UI design principles, SEO, and AI

Passion for conservation and the outdoors
