As a Patrol Unarmed Officer for Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a highly visible presence. You will perform routine patrols, interact with those on site, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license and meets Allied Universal's driver policy requirements. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, adapting to the needs of a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting as needed based on the circumstances.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain order within the commercial real estate environment.

Document observations and / or incidents as required by Allied Universal and location protocols.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, working closely with local contacts and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
