This hands-on role involves routine inspections, equipment maintenance, basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry), emergency response, and general facility upkeep including painting, groundskeeping, and snow removal. EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma (GED); and 1-2 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
