Job Summary

Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive repair facility is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

As a University Car Care automotive service manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including :

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers.
• Oversee technicians inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.
• Help keep the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
