We are looking for a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to support our Revenue Operations team in unifying and aligning the operations, systems, and data that support revenue teams along the entire revenue cycle to generate more consistent and scalable growth. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing the operational aspects of revenue generation through business analytics. This role involves collaborating with various departments and leveraging data to optimize and drive business performance.
In This Role You Will :
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue operations strategies aligned with company goals
- Provide data-driven insights to senior management to support sales strategy and execution
- Collect, analyze, and interpret revenue and agent performance-related data
- Design and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to track revenue performance and operational efficiency
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to drive informed decision-making
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
- Develop models to predict revenue trends and support strategic planning
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
- Participate in regular meetings to communicate insights and align on strategy
- Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies

2+ years of experience in an operational and data-centered roleProficient in ExcelStrong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to organize and summarize large volumes of data in Excel (Pivots, Vlookups, Basic formula functions)Basic knowledge of revenue operations best practices and emerging trendsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsLegal right to work in the United StatesThis role is designed to be in Charlotte headquarters with a hybrid work schedule.
