Senior Java Developer – Spring Boot / Reactive Systems

Employment Type : Contract- 12 months with potential extension

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Reactive Programming to support a major backend transformation initiative for a high-profile cruise activity platform. This role involves leading the development of scalable, customer-facing services that enhance guest experiences through personalized activity recommendations and streamlined reservation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Spring Boot , WebFlux , and asynchronous processing techniques
• Build and enhance services that support both prepaid and non-payment activity reservations
• Contribute to the development of a recommendation engine tailored to guest profiles, party composition, and dining preferences
• Participate in a full system rewrite of a large-scale activity management platform
