Integrated Management System Manager

This role is responsible for the Quality function at Parco, driving standardization and consistency throughout the GI organization in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality management system in relation to AS9100, ISO 9000, and NADCAP standards.
• Supervise quality and material development department staff and activities.
• Assist other departments in resolving quality issues.
• Support departments in enhancing product and process quality and handling quality-related matters.
• Recommend product and process improvements to the president and department heads.
• Represent the quality department in meetings at Parco.
• Schedule and oversee internal audits.
• Manage the corrective action program.
• Handle customer and vendor complaint processes.
• Visit customers to discuss quality-related matters.
• Represent Parco during second-party and third-party audits.
• Respond to customer requests for non-routine quality projects and information.
• Lead efforts to standardize and ensure consistency of quality departments in other locations.

Experience Required

At least five years managing the quality function in a small-to-medium-sized manufacturing environment.

Education Required

College degree with an emphasis in engineering or business administration.
