About the Role

This remote position is flexible (part-time or full-time) and allows you to practice from anywhere while providing high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.

Fully remote, telemedicine-based role

Flexible hours : 15-20 hours per week (with options for more)

Consistent availability required for scheduled patient consults

Consult with motivated patients across all 50 states

Asynchronous & synchronous telehealth visits

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations, assess patient history, and provide evidence-based treatment plans

Prescribe and manage both controlled and non-controlled TRT treatments , as well as other men s health therapies

Interpret lab results and adjust medications accordingly

Collaborate with the clinical operations team to enhance patient care outcomes

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Qualifications (Must-Have)

MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine

Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licenses a plus)

Valid DEA license (for prescribing controlled TRT treatments)

Minimum 5 years post-residency clinical experience

Reliable weekly availability to ensure patient continuity of care

Technical literacy Must be comfortable using a laptop, EMR systems, and conducting video consultations

Secure, HIPAA-compliant work environment with a strong, stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)

Telemedicine experience preferred but not required
