Job Details :

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Choose between 3x12 or 4x12 shift options with guaranteed 36 or 48 hours per week
• Work weekdays with every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 1 : 7 using team nursing approach
• May be floated to meet facility needs when necessary
• No call requirements
• Required certifications : BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
• WV or Compact RN license required (pending license acceptable)
• Must live greater than 100 miles from facility (75-100 miles considered case-by-case)
• Telemetry experience required with ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Work with medical patients emphasizing cardiovascular disease care
• Collaborate in team approach with RN, LPN, and nursing assistant for 7-8 patients
• Scrub color requirement : Royal Blue / White
• Use Cerner charting system with SBAR documentation
• 24-hour orientation provided
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Blocked schedule requests considered during interview
• Holiday RTO requests limited to no more than 1 of 3 major holidays
