About The Position

Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist with treatment, administer medication, and provide direct patient support under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager.

Requirements

Valid LVN license (Texas or compact state)

Current CPR certification

Valid government-issued photo ID

Documentation of TB test

Negative COVID-19 test (testing provided)

Ability to pass urine drug screen & background check (candidate responsibility)

Successful completion of FBI fingerprint background check (provided)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation.

Educate patients on medications and care plans.

Perform computer data entry (training provided).

Support patients with advanced skills, including G-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care

Collaborate with RNs and Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality patient care.
