Sunstates Security is hiring a full-time Receptionist for the Hospital's Main Lobby in the Newburgh, NY area. All Shifts are available. Must be available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

Greeting and Assistance :

Warmly greet all patients, visitors, and staff as they enter the hospital.

Provide directions, information, and assistance as needed.

Answer inquiries regarding hospital services, locations, and procedures.

Telephone and Communication :

Answer and route incoming calls to the correct department or personnel.

Manage internal communications between hospital departments.

Visitor Management :

Monitor and control visitor access to ensure the security

and privacy of patients.

Issue visitor passes and obtain pass upon leaving facility.

Crisis Management :

Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations directing

individuals to safety and coordinating with security.

Professionalism :

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Uphold confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Hospitality Experience

Good customer service skills

Professional appearance

Phone Etiquette

Schedule and coordinate security officers

Manage and process payroll

Overseeing onboarding and hiring process

An admin may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). efficiently according to such directives.Sun123
