Salary : $50,000 - $55,000

LHH is working with a growing company in their search for a dependable and adaptable Accounting Assistant to support its finance team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Generate, manage, and track billing and invoicing
• Utilize basic Excel functions for data entry and reporting
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
• Provide departmental coverage and support during team absences
