The Field Supervisor is responsible for the daily coordination, preparation and supervision of all field activities and provides functional supervision to assigned field personnel. The Field Supervisor schedules and monitors Company resources and activities along with monitoring subcontractors to complete each job on time with cost efficiency. Field Supervisors utilize all available resources in the most effective, efficient manner to complete the service contract as safely & quickly as possible while also ensuring customer satisfaction and the Company's quality standards. The Field Supervisor reports to the Project Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Motivate team members and sub-contractors to complete service contracts safely, on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate reports of all jobs performed
- Initiate activities to mobilize the resources to a job site, including but not limited to inspecting equipment
- Develop the daily work schedule for all Company employees on the assigned job site based on information provided by the Project Manager or Dispatcher
- Control the cost, quality and timely performance of work by all project employees
- Ensure that sufficient, qualified workers perform work phases required
- Request additional materials, manpower, etc. from the Project Manager or Dispatcher as needed
- Monitor the performance of assigned employees and implement corrective or disciplinary actions when needed
- Approve timesheets for all employees assigned to the job for which he / she is responsible
- Ensure all licenses, permits and / or other regulated documents are obtained properly and provided as needed
- Maintain all job records and submit all materials lists, supplies, tools, equipment and purchase requisitions to Project Manager daily
- Purchase miscellaneous job materials after obtaining approval
- Coordinate job site delivery and / or prompt removal of Company supplied equipment, tools and materials
- Understand and follow technical drawings
- Document receipt of all job related expenses on daily job reports (materials, equipment, assigned tools, etc).
- Identify safety problems on jobsite and institute corrective actions to eliminate any safety problems
- Monitor performance of all subcontractors and implement corrective action if performance if needed
- Complete project per approved plans, specifications, codes & regulations, cost and schedule
- Ensure quality of all work performed and materials used on the job
- Maintain daily contact with customer and good customer service. Coordinate jobsite inspections as needed
- Immediately report any issues to Project Manager
- Ensure jobsite security
- Maintain daily records of all significant job activities and documentation of any circumstances that may have future importance relative to change orders, back charges, hours worked equipment, safety or quality problems
- Review job status with Project Manager daily
