Location :  Hybrid (Plymouth Office, 2+ days / week)

Reports To :  Vice President of Growth

Job Type :  Full Time, Exempt

Travel : for clients / tradeshows

You’ll lead a sharp team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and sales support staff to deliver results that matter — new business wins, strong account growth, and satisfied customers who trust us to deliver.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by leading a sales team to consistently hit and exceed revenue and margin goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy across new business development and account growth.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 2 BDMs, 2 AMs, 1 Sales Admin, and 1 Marketing Admin.
  • Strengthen customer partnerships through trusted engagement, proactive problem-solving, and solution alignment.
  • Own the sales forecasting process with accurate reporting and clear insights.
  • Represent Federated at client meetings and trade shows, ensuring professional presence and strong relationship building.
  • What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership (managing both new business and account management).
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to balance revenue goals and customer success.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with sales tools : HubSpot CRM (preferred), Ironclad for contracts, Ariba for proposals.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Nice to Have

    Experience in technology services, managed rollouts, or complex project-based sales. Familiarity with channel partners and enterprise-level client sales cycles.
