As a vital member of our nursing team, you will deliver exceptional care by :
What You Will Do
- Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the healthcare team.
- Develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories and examining patients.
- Teach healthcare requirements to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their conditions and self-care skills.
- Evaluate patient care by measuring health outcomes and modifying nursing care plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe and healthy patient care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and legal regulations.
- Document patient care services accurately in patient and department records.
- Ensure patient care equipment is operational and well-maintained.
- Keep patient care supplies stocked and ready for use.
- Maintain competence in nursing capabilities as outlined by leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Active license in the state of practice upon hire.Preferred Experience
