We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading cross-location teams ensuring delivery excellence driving Agile ceremonies and providing high-quality execution across projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile leadership project planning resource allocation issue resolution and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Job Description

The Project Manager / Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing multi-location delivery teams driving project execution and ensuring alignment with Agile best practices. As a Project Manager / Delivery Manager you will oversee work planning resource allocation Agile ceremonies backlog refinement and communication across development and business teams. This role requires strong leadership exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage delivery milestones across multiple pods.

In addition the Project Manager / Delivery Manager will help facilitate requirement analysis maintain JIRA organization and support documentation through Confluence. The successful candidate will ensure efficient coordination timely issue resolution and transparent reporting for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-location teams as the Project Manager / Delivery Manager ensuring delivery excellence through effective work planning and resource allocation across pods.

Drive Agile-based project delivery including Backlog Readiness Backlog Refinement SCRUMs Retrospectives and milestone tracking.

Collaborate with development leads and business stakeholders to identify and remove impediments manage risks and resolve delivery bottlenecks.

Facilitate technical analysis requirement specifications and help maintain accurate JIRA content and Confluence documentation.

Ensure JIRA boards and logged items are properly structured providing both detailed and executive-level project transparency.

Interface with multiple teams to support application platform initiatives in the capacity of a Delivery Manager .

Requirements

10 years of experience managing cross-location teams with strong focus on delivery excellence.

Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery including leading Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Strong skills in resource allocation work breakdown planning and coordinating across multiple pods.

Ability to manage delivery issues communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Experience maintaining well-organized JIRA boards and writing clear knowledge articles in Confluence.

Excellent communication leadership and documentation skills.

Strong ability to drive delivery commitments as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager .
