Job Summary :

We're seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative with experience in the aerospace industry. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing outstanding service while supporting sales growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally

Process quotes, orders, and track shipments accurately

Build and maintain relationships with key aerospace clients

Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and deadlines

Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

Maintain detailed records in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications :

Previous sales or customer service experience required

Aerospace industry experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems

Detail-oriented and organized
