As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, as each shift offers new experiences and opportunities for growth.

You will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic practices according to established standards. Your role will involve assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, while actively engaging with patients and their families to promote understanding and compliance.

Qualifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
