Our Caregiver Development Program provides paid, hands-on training to set you up for success. 📍 Location :
- Albuquerque and surrounding communities 💼 What We Offer : 💰 $15–$18 / hour + $175 bonuses every payday 🧠 Paid training & ongoing skills development 🎓 Tuition reimbursement for Nursing & CNA programs 🏆 Annual Caregiver Awards & Gala 🏥 Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Accident Insurance 💳 401(k) with 4% company match 🚗 Mileage reimbursement 🕒 Flexible schedules & overtime at 1.5x rate 📲 24 / 7 support from our experienced local Care Team 🧓 What You'll Do : Support seniors with : Personal care, hygiene, grooming, toileting Meal prep & special diets Mobility assistance & wheelchair transfers Housekeeping, errands, transportation ✅ What You Need : A heart full of compassion ❤️ Age 18+ Reliable vehicle with insurance & registration Strong communication skills Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check Physical ability to transfer up to 150 lbs (with assistive device) Ready to Change the Way the World Ages ?
