RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle-from planning and deployment to retirementDefine and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with mission objectivesAnalyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementationCoordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuityTrack resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignmentIdentify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational riskEnsure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needsREQUIREMENTS
TS / SCI clearance required , including additional security screeningsFull Performance : High school diploma / GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Level : High school diploma / GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 yearsExpert / Master Level : High school diploma / GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 yearsDemonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phasesStrong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planningAbility to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworksProficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platformsExcellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teamsJoin a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
