Were looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Lakeland FL area. With over 2000 retail locations Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies procedures and standards scheduling mechanics / technicians work managing outside orders ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs meeting customer expectations and the safety of team members.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair addition to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair / maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis Service Managers must communicate directly with customers assess customer needs provide information regarding requested and / or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive parts and / or tire sales (ii) 1 year of experience and / or training in automotive repairs / maintenance or (iii) any combination of education training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
